APPLICATION OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL VISION TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE AVIATION SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS

The subject of research in the article is approaches to improving onboard equipment a search and rescue aircraft (AC). purpose study develop proposals for technical means searching that have suffered an accident, namely video surveillance systems information transmission control centers (CC) operation, based on analysis Rules Search Rescue Support Flights State Aviation Ukraine foreign experience operations. It proposed use light multipurpose helicopter Mi-2 type as (SRAC). work solves following problems: studying modern ensuring aviation operations; analyzing crashed aircraft; developing method transmitting from airborne center ground center; selecting suitable carrier special individual samples data systems. comparative used solve partial problems. results been obtained: requirements characteristics SRAC are determined, particular, it SRAC; scheme organizing communication with operation using wireless technologies presented; specific components formulated. Conclusions. introduction together thermal imaging will increase speed efficiency aircraft, especially at night conditions limited visibility (fog, smoke). In addition, range tasks helicopters such expanding, number both operators directly (infrared camera) determine location crash increasing. this case, total personnel involved operations not affected.
